14 day challenge...


As a typical Monday morning or sometimes afternoon... I would go to the grocery. My schedule was moved because my cousin from my fathers side who married my mothers cousin (the two are my blood relatives but they are not related to each other) came. Early today, I went with my little hero and treated myself a new dress. I bought a size smaller than my usual XLARGE size. hehehe. Why? It is because I want to see myself fit in that dress after 14 days.


I am taking the nestle fitness challenge which will require you to eat their cereal twice a day for 14 days. That's just in time for our La Union trip. Haha.


WHAT TO DO IN THE 14 DAY CHALLENGE



  • Eat the cereal twice a day, Breakfast and Dinner.

  • For Lunch, I can eat the usual vegetables, a small portion of meat and a piece of bread or half a cup of rice.

  • I need to exercise atleast a hour a day (in my case I'll do it twice a day 1 hour each)

  • Sleep early

  • Wake up early

Simple isn't it? Discipline is all I need and I won't start tomorrow but NOW as in right now.
