I am done with my twilight book. I am very eager to buy the next book which is NEW MOON. The problem is I am a very picky book reader. I cherish the books that I read. My Schatzy and I looked for my twilight book in 4 stores. You see, having a book for me is a privileged. Not all people can read book and can have books. That's what I teach my children. My husband could not understand why I was looking for a hardbound book which is more expensive than the paperback ones. I told him that having books is like having treasure. In time my kids will read this too, like us. And It's like a collection. I explained him that the book itself looks classic. It has silver writings in it's black cover which for me is classy. In time when my kids knows how to read I hope they will read this too.
For him, e-books are more convinient maybe because he is married to his computer (wink! wink! ;)). I don't love staring at the computer. It hurts my eyes. I want to read a book because it can kill time whenever, wherever I am. No brownouts, no lowbatt, no electricity (Meralco and battery suppliers will hate me for this and the environmentalist will love me).As for me, I love to collect it after reading. I love the scent of the paper that makes me relaxed. I like seeing my progress where I am while reading the book. And the thought of hunting it because I wanted a hardbound edition makes me more excited to read it.
