My aunt Shalini asked for my help in the upcoming birthday party of her daughter, Erin Sophia. At first she wants to have a Barney theme but opted for a princess party instead. She asked me if she could ask the kids to come in costume. I love costumes! My son had a superhero costume party when he had his first birthday party. I remember last October my son had a Halloween party that had a theme “Once upon a time.” He was dressed as Peter pan, my daughter as a flower, me as wonder woman and daddy as Black-eyed peas. I enjoyed the party and the other parents congratulated me for a job well done on the costumes.
